Our design process is rooted in exploration of site, context, materials and spatial experience. Through this process, we seek to develop architecture that is both expressive and deeply responsive to its environment. Innovation in form, materiality, and spatial organization plays a central role in our work. At the same time, we believe architecture must deliver real value. Our projects aim to balance design ambition with practicality, ensuring that each building not only achieves a strong architectural identity but also serves the long-term interests of investors, stakeholders, and users.
Arash Pirayesh Arash is an architect and co-founder of DOT Architects, with nearly two decades of international design experience. He holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from the Technical University of Budapest and an MBA in Executive Management, combining strong design expertise with strategic leadership. Shortly after graduating in 2006, Arash co-founded PiKaSCH Architecture Studio in Budapest, where he spent seven years immersed in the European architectural scene. Extensive travels across major European cities further shaped his design perspective, allowing him to study and experience some of the most influential modern architectural works firsthand. This exposure continues to inform his approach, contextual, rigorous, and forward-thinking. Arash is deeply passionate about architectural design and the continuous exploration of evolving global design perspectives and methodologies. He is particularly drawn to multilayered and complex design challenges, where exceptional results are achieved through synthesis, integrating complexity into a cohesive architectural vision.
Mehran Haghbin Mehran is an architect, university lecturer, and co-founder of Dot Architects with nearly two decades of experience. He began his academic path in architecture and expanded his professional formation at the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia(IAAC – Barcelona). He later pursued studies in management and sociology, shaping an interdisciplinary vision that positions architecture not as a technical discipline alone, but as a cultural, social, and intellectual system. For him, architecture is not merely the act of designing buildings. It is a conceptual infrastructure for shaping lifestyles. He sees himself as an accelerator of intellectual domains, contemporary living, and lifestyle systems, where architecture, urban development, culture, social behavior, and meaning converge to form a holistic system of living rather than isolated projects. In his vision, the architect is not only a designer of space, but a designer of patterns of living, behavior, and choice.
With over 10 years of professional experience in architecture, her primary focus is on architectural visualization and interior design. Throughout these years, she has been involved in a wide range of project typologies, consistently striving to deliver the highest level of spatial quality and visual storytelling in every project. Her passion for modern and minimalist architecture, combined with a deep sensitivity to spatial atmosphere, connection to nature, and attention to detail, has shaped her professional approach. Nature is her greatest source of inspiration, observing light, texture, and moments of stillness in natural environments forms the foundation of creating realistic renderings and vibrant, living spaces in her work. Her other interest are watercolor painting, model-making, photography, origami, and music (handpan), along with a long-standing passion for animation and anime.
She is a multidisciplinary architect with an interdisciplinary background in architecture and engineering, approaching design as a process of shaping meaningful spatial systems rather than simply producing form. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Amirkabir University and a Master’s degree in Architectural Technology from Iran University of Science and Technology. With six years of professional experience in architectural practice, she brings both analytical rigor and spatial sensitivity to her work. Her approach balances conceptual thinking with technical precision, maintaining a strong attention to detail and a structured design methodology grounded in coherent intellectual systems. Beyond her professional practice, she is passionate about Bachata dance, running and book club.

Nima holds a masters degree in Architecture from Azad University and has 12 years of professional experience in building construction and execution. He is responsible for supervising the implementation of the office’s designed projects, with a strong focus on quality control and ensuring precise alignment between the built work and the original design intent. He consistently strives to establish an effective connection between design and execution. Alongside his architectural career, he actively pursues football and skiing.
Yousef oversees the financial administration of the office with accuracy and discretion. From managing accounts, invoicing, and expense tracking to coordinating payroll and financial reporting, they ensure that all financial operations run smoothly and transparently. With a meticulous and organized approach, they provide clarity and structure to the firm’s financial processes, supporting informed decision-making and contributing to the overall stability and efficiency of the organization.
With over 10 years as a trusted member of our team, he serves as Executive Administrator, playing a central role in the smooth and efficient operation of the office. He oversees all management-related services, coordinates guest and client relations, and manages office and staff administration with precision and care. His deep understanding of the firm’s structure, culture, and workflow, built over a decade of dedication—makes him an essential pillar of our organization.
Ali holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Azad University of Yazd and brings over 23 years of professional experience. His primary expertise lies in detail design and resolving complex, project-specific technical challenges. Conducting ongoing coordination meetings with suppliers and specialized consultants is an integral part of his process to ensure precise and buildable execution of details. He has a strong passion for visiting diverse projects and uncovering the hidden execution details,those critical nuances that ultimately define the quality, durability, and integrity of a built work.

Niloufar holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from Pars University. She brings over three years of professional experience and views diversity in projects as a driving force that enhances her energy, creativity, and overall performance quality. She is a dedicated, goal-oriented, and committed professional who approaches her work with strong motivation to generate innovative ideas and deliver meaningful results. Focused and responsible, she maintains composure and clarity in challenging situations, enabling her to make effective decisions. Continuous learning, adaptability, and the ability to collaborate constructively within a team are among her key professional strengths. Beyond architecture, Niloufar is passionate about music, art and sports.
Maryam is a technical designer who is passionate about contributing to projects in design development phase and being involved in different stages of the design process. She is an energetic and ambitious person with a mature and responsible approach to every task she undertakes or situation that she is presented with. With nearly twelve years of professional experience, she enjoys collaborating with others to achieve shared goals accurately and on time. A disciplined and persistent individual, qualities that influence both her professional work and personal life as a runner and a mountaineer, reflecting her passion for endurance, challenge, and continuous growth.
She holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Tehran, Faculty of Fine Arts. She began her professional career in 2007 and, over the years, has gained experience in a variety of fields, including the design and execution of tensile structures and residential projects. Zahra’s specialized expertise in preparing technical construction drawings and detailed execution documents, along with her proficiency in Revit software, has enabled her to advance projects with both technical precision and a creative perspective. In addition to her architectural practice, she is interested in the principles of Feng Shui and the impact of spatial energy on quality of life.
She holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from Azad University of Tehran. Akram strives to design strategy-driven, tailored workflows for each project to maximize efficiency and performance. With problem-solving skills and systems thinking, she identifies patterns, reframes challenges from multiple perspectives, and collaborates with her team to develop innovative, high-impact solutions. Outside office she is usually painting٫ TRX training or puzzle-solving.
Sahar holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from Azad University and brings over 13 years of professional experience in architectural design and design development. Her expertise lies in strategic project leadership, managing design teams, and transforming complex ideas into coherent, buildable structures. She views architecture as a systematic process of evolution, one that begins with the formation of an idea and continues through to its full realization in execution, a path where challenges become opportunities for innovative solutions. Beyond her professional work, she is passionate about music, running, and exploring new life experiences.
Gorgin is an architect with a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from UAST and 16 years of experience in design, supervision. He is currently involved in Detail Design and Construction Documents production. He is also responsible for supervision of multiple projects. In other pursuits, he is a bass guitarist for the progressive rock band Naturium.
Hassan oversees the quality of everyday life in the office, ensuring that both staff and guests are welcomed and cared for with comfort and attentiveness. His warmth, generosity, and open-hearted nature make him an invaluable presence within the team.
In the development of interior spaces, with her detail-oriented approach aligned with overall design objectives, she focuses on achieving a balance between spatial quality, functionality, and the visual identity of each project. With a master’s of Interior design from Soore university, she has been a major contributor for more than seven years. She is a good photographer and enjoys exploring art galleries.

With over 10 years of professional experience he holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from Azad University and throughout his career has progressed from architectural visualization to design development, technical detailing, and project management. Ali serves as an architect and technical coordinator, contributing to design development, resolving architectural details, and preparing construction documentation. He focuses on aligning spatial concepts with construction requirements to ensure design integrity through execution. Leveraging digital tools and BIM workflows forms a key part of his professional approach to enhancing precision and delivery quality. He is particularly interested in research on the foundations and patterns of Iranian architecture in dialogue with contemporary standards, sustainable design, and the impact of spatial quality on human experience.
Shayan is a Master’s student in Architecture with a focus on Housing, positioning his professional path around concept-driven design and architectural thinking rooted in clarity of idea. Over three years of professional experience in design and construction have shaped his understanding of the building process, while his current focus lies in conceptual development and early-stage (Phase One) design strategy. Running reinforces discipline and endurance in his practice, while his interest in writing sharpens his sensitivity to narrative, both subtly informing a precise and thoughtful design approach.
Rasoul oversees the firm’s digital infrastructure, ensuring that all systems, networks, and collaborative platforms operate smoothly and securely. He manages hardware, software, data protection, and workflow optimization, supporting the team’s day-to-day efficiency and long-term technological growth. Reliable and solutions-oriented, he responds swiftly to technical needs while proactively strengthening our digital environment, making him an essential part of the office’s performance and continuity.
